There were some shops where you were treated in the same manner [as Pack and Cullifords] but it was perhaps becoming a little bit old fashioned and I’m so glad that Packs retained that because it made people feel special.

I mean the amount of people that have said, “I got my wedding dress in Packs” you know, is because there were other wedding dress shops but there was this service that Packs gave that made us all feel really, really special.
