Christine Fisher-Lathwell – I had artistic flair

[My Mum] had seen an advert in the County Press for a person to work in the Baby Department in Packs with an artistic flair, and mum thought, oh Chris has got an artistic flair, she can go for this job and I did and thankfully I got it.

I now realise that possibly the only reason I got it was that the Window Dresser had fled to London, Stephanie, and there wasn’t anyone to dress the windows.
