Jane Caldow (née Moody)
Jane Caldow (née Moody) played a supporting role in her family’s business, Pack and Cullifords, during her youth, primarily through summer and weekend jobs.
Although she did not hold a formal management role, Jane contributed in various capacities, including working in the shoe department, assisting in the Coffee Bean café and helping with visual displays.
She also worked briefly in the display department, assisting with window dressing and store arrangements.
Jane’s involvement with the business was an extension of her family’s legacy, particularly through her grandmother, mother and aunt’s leadership in expanding the store into a well-known local department store on the Isle of Wight.
