# Adding info about your photos
We’ve found a tool that will let you send us the information about your photos, so we can add the details to your photos that will be on the Submariners’ Stories website.
## Getting access
To preserve the privacy of your photos, we’ve made it so only you can gain access to the Gallery by entering your email address.
When you enter it, it will ask you to create a password, so it’s easy for you to gain access the next time.
## Adding comments
When you’re looking at the photo gallery, just click on the first one to see a large version of it.
When your mouse is over the photo, above it, near the top of the screen, you’ll see a couple of icons come up. The right hand one looks like speech bubbles.
Clicking on that will let you type in the info in the box at the bottom of that window.
When you’ve typed the info (below are details of what we’re looking for), click that paper aeroplane icon at the top right and it will send us the info – you’ll see it pop up to the top of that page. That was you know you’ve submitted it.
## Info for each photo
For each photo, can you please provide
- A short description – up to 15 words – of what the photo is about
- The year, or date, when the photo was taken. Approximation is better than none, if possible.
- Location
We’ll take all of this information and add it to the photos that will be published on the Website.
When you’ve finished entering info for that photos and clicked the aeroplane to send it to us, you can click on the cross at the top right to take you back to the photo view.
## Next photo
To get to the next photo, you can use your keyboard right/left arrow keys, or click on the arrow icon on the right of the photo.
