Jane: My aunt did weddings and stuff, it was always planned to the last degree. You know she would dye the hats and the shoes and everything else to match and she took endless, endless trouble. I don’t know if many people who had their weddings done by here have come in and said, but there were lots and lots and lots and everybody was always delighted I think with what they had, yeah.

Simon: That has definitely come through.

Jane: Oh right, that’s nice.

Simon: And that idea of comparing it with their friends who maybe went to the Mainland to get wedding stuff and just the perfection of the box turning up from Pack and Cullifords, ironed. All you need to do is stick it on a hanger.

Jane: Absolutely, it was ready to go, yes and she would be definitely yeah.
